Kindly note that not complying with the rental and house rules might, in certain cases, lead to an immediate termination of the rental agreement on our part without any refund.
Heating/cooling system is not to be left on when guests are out.
There is cleaning fee of 45 euro.
Any incidents must be reported to the owner immediately
Please note that the rate quoted does not include ECO Tax an amount € 0.50 cents (per person, per night) - Up to a maximum of 5 euro per person.
The Guests shall pay the owner rate of €250 as security deposit (refundablesubject to a damage inspection of the accommodation).
Cancellation Policy
a 30% refund of the deposit if cancelled at least four weeks before check-in.
a 15% refund of the deposit if cancelled at least two weeks before check-in.
If cancelled later not refund will be given.
To fully secure your booking a 30% deposit is to be paid after booking is made. You will receive an email with the the bank details.
